christmas sprinkle sugar cookies✨☃️🎄 recipe: -1 cup softened unsalted butter -1 1/2 cups of sugar *beat for 2-3 mins until creamy & add: -1 egg 1 egg yolk (room temp.) -2 tsp vanilla -1 tbs whole milk *mix & add combined dry ingredients: -2 3/4 cup of all purpose flour -1 1/2 tsp baking powder -3/4 tsp salt -1/2 tsp baking soda *mix until just combined & add: -1/2 cup of christmas sprinkles *roll into balls *roll in sugar ✨bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes (slightly undercooked is key) happy

Rolled sugar cookies: cream together 4 sticks unsalted butter with 1 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c powdered sugar for 5 minutes. Add 2 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp almond extract, stir in 6 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt and 2 T cornstarch. Divide into 3/4 discs, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for an hour or a few days. Roll out and cut into shapes, bake at 350 until edges are crisp.
