Last arrested in September for an online threat from his PlayStation, the 13-year-old was arrested again today after the Volusia County Schools Gaggle system caught another direct threat written on his school laptop at Riverview Learning Center in Ormond Beach. ATTEMPTED MURDER ARREST: On Friday evening, deputies arrested Giovanni Bubenik, 29, on a charge of attempted first-degree murder. Since last Saturday, detectives have been investigating an attack in a DeLand-area transient camp that left the adult male victim in critical condition.
