A firm favourite of the Chelsea Pensioners, Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson has sent lockdown greetings to all her friends at the Royal Hospital. Tanni also reminds us all of the benefits of keeping fit both physically and mentally during this time. Over Tanni's career, she won a total of 16 Paralympic medals (including 11 golds!), she won 13 World Championship medals and held over 30 world records. Phew!
